WiFi Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of the Villa Savina guest WiFi network and related authentication experience, including the one-time Wi‑Fi access code program.
Program name
Villa Savina Guest Wi‑Fi Access Code.
Program description
This program sends a one-time verification code by SMS or email so a guest can authenticate a device and access the Villa Savina guest Wi‑Fi network.
Acceptance
By requesting or using access to the Villa Savina guest network, you agree to these WiFi Terms of Use and to the related Privacy Policy presented through the portal experience.
Consent to receive message
By submitting your information through the guest portal and requesting a code, you consent to receive one one-time verification message related to your Wi‑Fi authentication request.
Message frequency and fees
Message frequency is one message per request. Message and data rates may apply for SMS delivery depending on your wireless carrier plan.
Help and opt-out
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS delivery. Guests may also choose email delivery when that option is available on the portal.
Permitted use
The guest network is provided as a convenience for lawful, personal, and reasonable guest use. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with network performance, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that is illegal, abusive, harmful, or disruptive.
Security and verification
Access may require identity or contact verification, including use of a one-time code sent by SMS or email. Access codes may be limited to one device per issuance and may expire or be revoked for operational or security reasons.
Availability
Wi‑Fi service is offered on an as-available basis. Villa Savina does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, speed, compatibility, or coverage, and service may be suspended, filtered, limited, or terminated at any time.
User responsibility
You are responsible for your own device security, software updates, and use of appropriate precautions when accessing the internet. Sensitive transactions should be conducted using secure practices and trusted services.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Villa Savina is not responsible for losses, damages, interruptions, data exposure, or other issues arising from use of the guest network, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
